Weekly Progress Reports

Requesting a Weekly Progress Report

You may request a Weekly Progress Report by calling our 24 hour recorder at (916) 294-9040 extension 310115.  If you call by 3:00 pm on Wednesday, your child will receive the form in his or her 1st period class on Friday.  You will need to call each week that you want one.

It will be your child's responsibility to hand this form to his or her teachers each period.  On it, the teachers will indicate whether or not your child turned in all of his or her completed work for that week.  There is also a place for teachers to check or make comments.  Then they will initial it.

Please note that this is not a grade check.  You may view your child’s current grades by going to PowerSchool Parent Portal.  The Weekly Progress Report will let you know in between those times, when grades are updated, that the work is being turned in.
