Cross-Country is a team sport offered for all athletes in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. Cross-Country is a non-cut sport. This means all athletes may join the team. The race courses average about 1.5 - 2 miles. The great thing about XC is that everyone competes. For more information, contact Coach Stump.
Cross-Country begins on Monday, August 17. All athletes must complete the sports signup information before participating.

Last Day to Join Cross-Country Team: Monday, August 24
Practices: Monday - Wednesday 3:40 - 4:30pm
Parents and Athletes Meeting: Monday, August 24 @ 4:30pm
First League Meet: Wednesday, September 2 4:15pm @ FMS
Team Picture Day: Tuesday, September 1 (during practice)
Cross-Country Finals: Thursday, October 8 @ Willow Hills, Folsom HS
Due to the continued bus driver shortage, there will be no bus transportation to meets and thus no transportation fees. Please consider donating to our sports programs. Payments and donations will be received at the Student Accounts Office or online. Donation Form
Please print and complete all three forms linked below along with a copy of your DRIVER'S LICENSE and your insurance policy DECLARATIONS PAGE (not the insurance card) and submit all paperwork to your athlete's coach. 1.
